Kidd, I agree. The Markman is certainly a "material event" and IMHO PTSC mgt. has a legal and fiduciary obligation to disclose and explain the ruling for shareholders and interested parties on a timely basis. Maybe not first thing tomorrow morning, but within a day or two. GLTAL
