I seriously doubt it. The USPTO is a Government agency, and it seems the only time a Government agency is in "speed up" mode is to cover their asses. Same in Germany?

BTW, OT, you've probably read some of our angst about border control and the Mexican invasion. Any words of wisdom based on the invasion of Arabs into Scandinavia? Just curious....
