Palomar, I respectfully disagree regarding whether the Markman ruling deserves a PR from Turley and Co.  For PTSC, with so much riding on the ruling, it would certainly represent a material event warranting timely disclosure and comment.  If this were AT&T or Qualcomm, perhaps not, as the potential effects may not be material to their financial statements.  But for PTSC it was a critically important milestone.  JMHO.
