will the O/S go up only if warrants have been converted?

right now we are at 390 million O/S..........so if we see on the next Q that the O/S is UP does that mean S/L converted the warrants? Or could it be something else?

of course I realize that the remaining warrant numbers Will be reported on the Q or K.........just curious as to What makes the O/S rise if we are NOT issuing new shares for some other reason.
