Fridays Markman ruling just made the MMP license fees for those 80 companies who decided to wait for the ruling go up significantly IMO.. and the same for the 400 others who have yet to respond to TPL's initial contacts.  You know as well as I that some are selling the news, in hopes of getting back those shares for cheaper... I only hope the shares you have just sold for 57 cents , are worth 80 cents after TPL starts to announce MMP licensings this week and you couldn't get them back for cheaper.
