what will it take to move us??? 

MONEY!  From settlements -and LOTS of it.  The settlements must come "pouring in".  Then and only theN will we ever move up. 

The market will always say:  I don't care about what ruling you got - or who says you patents are valid or invalid - JUST SHOW ME THE MONEY!
