It would also rebut the S&L conspiracy theory that continues to persist.  The BOD and Management placing their own money, (not option rewards that might or might not ultimately exercise), up against the idea that S&L continue to manipulate or sabotage the pps upward runs, would go a long way imo to reinforce what S&L has proclaimed and what Turley reaffirmed in his letter, that S&L doesn't control the company, the board, and that they are NOT selling shares.
