Correct me if I am wrong, but the second parqgraph of the note says that, And I paraphrase " PUBPAT and the defendands requests to the USPTO to invalidate PTSC's patents have been granted." It is my understanding that only the re-examination has been granted. If I am correct then Dutton is faulty in it's research - lb
