Personally I do. Remember, the highly-technical term is "Varying Together", "Proportionally" is the word Ward used to construe the claim. IMO, I don't like the word "Proportionally" because it is ambiguous and could confuse the jury should it go to court. I am still stuck on the whole linear non-linear thing. I also agree that the “command input control signal” could be the technical issue that Leckrone is referring to, as this claim isn’t 100% straightforward as well. The fact that Leckrone states that the ruling overwhelmingly confirms the MMP portfolio claims against the Japanese infringers, and leaves ARM out, could mean that the highly-technical term he is referring to is in one of the claims for the “584, but I can’t find it.
