So in order to do that, the BOD needs to move forward on buybacks agressively put the shares to treasury and NOT do any reverses...correct?

 

Only if they can buy back over 300,000,000 shares, if not, a reverse must be a serious consideration. How realistic is a valuation of over $2bn($5 @ current o/s)to move onto another exchange?
