Seems to differ from the body of the report filed but thanks.  I often overlook the PR and delve into the filings.  The PR usually has things summarized much more clearly.  I"ll e-mail Hawk for clarification on the discrepancy.

Also thanks to all who have posted on this stuff.  I appreciate it and am not intending to beat it to death, but just to clarify for myself, and others if the understanding is incorrect.
