So you think there is some sort of daily dialogue going on between PTSC and the defendants and/or Pubpat within earshot of some sort of referee who would "force PTSC into changing what they said in the PR"...? Don't think so. I think people are reading way too much into these things. 8k regarding Markman ruling just a formality because it could be construed to be a material event. JMO
