you know what I think they just everyone a line of BS. That is what they do in order to get you off the phone. Most probably have no clue and it is some guy getting paid 10 bucks an hour and is like blah blah blah etc and goodbye. While the people that are really in the know are not going to tell you anways. Hence why we have all this speculation as to what is really going on.
