Other company lawyers might react if we get 4 or more quick license purchases - even without any knowledge of how this case will proceed or settle. Waiting may seem a poorer option if others are moving quickly.

"We've had 4 licenses purchased in one month back in June 2006. Four or more in June or July of this year could trigger an avalanche of license buys."

Of course if the defendants decide to go to trial we'll have to wait. Don't think that will happen but that doesn't mean much.
