Ok. Let's just say TPL/PTSC doesn't take out ARM. I can also believe that. However, if at this point in time, ARM is standing behind the J5, because of simple obligation to their customers or imdemnification or whatever the reason. What about the hundreds of other customers ARM has similar agreements or oblications to? This court case is just the beginning of ARM's possible liability to TPL/PTSC. Right? They are in deep IMO.
