Yes - SD I realized that  - however, Ron's point also applies to Patriot.  My point is that the more cash Patriot has, the less desperate they are to settle.  If Patriot is rich with cash, they can afford to wait it out and apply more pressure on the J-2.5 and not have to settle right away..  Low cash/funds obviously makes Patriot more anxious to settle.
