Excellent posts today. I am glad that I work at home. this is a full time job reading all the posts. 2 statements:

(1) TPL is doing a superb job. All good wine takes its time. I am so impressed with their dynamic actions, I wish they would join Patriot as the legal patent arm of our holding company. Awesome organization. They have a plan, a strategy and they know where they are going. I say J3 and Arm. You are facing the tiger who has not unleashed its full power. Infringers beware, you will be taught an extremely costly lesson at the hands of TPL. They will get their just desserts.

(2) Everyone TPL went after is an infringer. This is why TPL went after them. Deals were made in the past (prior to the Markman) for various reasons unknown to us as they don't work for us they work for Charles Moore and the portfolio. We are just along for the ride and to collect are just due for partial ownership of the portfolio.
