Mr. Pohl did what he had to do. Most other CEO's would have fought TPL and let us run into bankruptsy.

For example, I am invested in another company, CTT, Competitive Technologies, on the AMEX. Small company but it seemed good at the time and was recommended by someone because of pps and eps. Look it up, its been one fiasco after another but I 'm sticking with for now even though it now has negative EPS. It sells for aroun $2.50 per share. I tis located in Fairfield, Conn and the thing that is really interesting is that the Board was thrown out by the current CEO who did one of those deals when they were reelecting the board that he sent in paperwork like you are talking about and overthrew the board. I voted for the change and I probably made a mistake. I was frustrated with losing half my money and I thought what have I got to lose. Dr. Fried, the old CEO was overthrown by the newly elected CEO John Nano who had been thrown out three years previously by the board he had thrown out. It was under scrutiny by the SEC and others. End game: Nothing good has happened for the stock, Nano is probably loaded with money because he claimed expenses due to him previously were not received and the beat goes on. A move like you are considering absolutely screwed the shareholder. (It was believed Nano had raised the price previously and he could do the same and Fried was off in Never Never Land. He may have been but Nano has produced nothing since his return. Check this stock out, it is a real interesting story.

We are already head and shoulders above this CTT and it is selling for 5 tmes what are stock is bringing. It is a matter of time. You can mess up something going down the right path with paranoia over what you think the BOD should be doing and what is actually occuring. Some board members that are just sitting there collecting money and doing nothing should be voted out and those like David Pohl should remain. This is what the ballot is all about that we vote on. It is pretty democratic.
