Unless they're toodling around in 10-K's or Q's they are most likely oblivious to any legal proceedings going on. Many people live by just the PR's and there are none I've seen. A business that sells an actual product will PR less (especially as a defendant) as opposed to us who live by the courts every move. When Patriot had litigation with Fish or Giffhorn, you didn't tend to hear much of it. Similar situation imo. At least they have plenty of cash on hand.
