found obliagted to pay for infringement and that while they must have attempted to settle over the prior week TPL flat out refused the amount and is now preparing, having ARMed itself with a sccessful claims constrcution, to battle over dollars in from t of the jury.

TPL, IMHO, will not agree to back down after spending so much time and money with the j3.  The j3 had previously believed that ARM could reason itself out of infringement and so never prepared the proper form  where they indicate that infringement wasn;t willful since they asked opinion of their councel whether they were infringing.
