That's right! I am also astonised that they are doing a PR.......

For me, it's an evidence that TPL/PTSC are trying to clearifiy everything in case of TX to a final settlement. I don't think we are going to trial. MH ruling was IMO to strong in the favour of TPL/PTSC.
