I gather that your opinion is that each new licensee will be announced, but the associated revenue (unless extraordinary) will not be.
I share this opinion. While the revenue, unless extraordinary, is "business as usual", IMO each new license IS an unique and material event, and therefore must be announced.
While I'd really like to think that Alliacense has a stack of new licenses to be announced (as I have drempt of a PR with a nice, impressive list of new licensees and an equally impressive aggregate dollar value), I honestly don't think they could do that.
While TPL might could get away with not advising PTSC of a new licensee for a short period of time, I don't think Alliacense could get away with that while PTSC is half owner of that enterprise. And my understanding is that it is Alliacense that is dealing with potential licensees aside from the litigants in Texas.
JMHO (sorry Greeneyes), but I KNOW nuttin'! Perhaps someone here does KNOW, absolutely?
