Tommorrow is d-day for the defense to comply with the court orders. Would it not be just lovely to have them in contempt of court for failure to produce disks etc. Is it not entirely possible because the disks may never have existed in the first place.

A poster on I-hub, namely Elkman, suggested that perhaps Fogel was waitng to see what transpires tommorrow. I assume that Fogel cannot or should not consider testimony etc. that was not presented at his hearings. But no doubt he is well aware of the other proceedings and tommorrow`s deadline.
