And there are other questions looming..... 

Why all the complaining NOW, at the brightest spot in PTSC's history?

Why focus on the past when the focus should rightfully be placed on the FUTURE?

Why can't he give Turley a chance to do something of consequence?

Why can't he wait till something definitive falls out of Texas?

Why can't he wait till we see some action out of the 80+ infringers that have visited the table?

Why can't he wait till we see if there is a PR blitz following big news that we all anticipate?

I think I KNOW the answers to all of these particular questions.  If he waited, he'd miss the opportunity for FUD and to capitalize on that FUD for his own sole greedy benefit through his (bragged about) flipping/trading.
