Question.
In the reexam, does the inventers get to fine tune any questionable issues? Would Moore et al get to explain and mybe even add language to the claim at issue to clarify ?
Is the burden of the patent owner , to have done a "perfect" job in the orignal text when issued? If you don't explain or screw up a sentence or phrase at the time, well enough are you ship out of luck? Hindsight is 20/20 for sure, however what about "in context"
As Nathan_Hale just stated , "After all , isn't it suppose to be for multiple instruction fetch?" ..........Vey good question..........that is the context of the issue, so a slight wording error are words left out at the time.................Do we get to clarify and adjust, after all the sprit of the patent and the context is correct. Is that part of the reexam process?
Would be nice.
