PARIS (Reuters) - French IT services company GFI Informatique (GFIP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research), which is facing a hostile takeover bid from Fujitsu (6702.T: Quote, Profile, Research), confirmed it was holding exploratory talks about an alliance with domestic rival Bull (BULP.PA: Quote, Profile, Research).

GFI Informatique Chairman Jacques Tordjman said at the company's annual shareholder meeting on Friday it was too early to say whether the talks would lead to an industrial project.
