Now that's kind of silly.  Why would PTSC put out a PR about something that's not conclusive?  Did PTSC put out a PR specifically about the fact that there were re-exams requested/granted?

Companies usually don't put out PRs about "maybes", they wait till it's a done deal, one way or the other.  What you are calling for would be equivalent to PTSC putting out a PR saying "we're in negotiations with Sun for a license for Ignite/Inflame, and we might just get it, maybe".  What would you have to say if they did that?  "It's really good that PTSC is dealing so well with its shareholders"?
