This reminds me of the movie Men In Black II , where K puts his finger in the small globe setting inside headquarters and the little beings inside the globe scramble with the words " all is lost....all is lost". Fortunately for them, K removes his finger and there is harmony.

  The day I bought PTSC  there was risk. There still is. If it were that easy we wouldn't need DD, all we'd need to do is pick the letters corresponding to a stock and buy it. Pohl said there was value here, even if the Markman went sour. It didn't go sour. The "584' news aint great, but like in the movie. K's finger, even though startling, has now been removed.
