Another good post SGE.... however I will say that it is still possible that the USPTO can rule in a similar fashion on claims in the 148 and 336... we just don't know. So far, only claim 29 of the 584 is being questioned but that doesn't preclude other claims in the 148 or 336 to be questioned in the future. It would be great if this is all we get from them, but I'm not sure the process is complete.
