Speed of USPTO reexam for "584, "336, "148

Reason the “584 review is moving along faster than the “148 & “336 is most likely because only 1 claim (claim #29) is being reviewed for the “584 whereas the USPTO has been asked to review 4 claims for the “148 (claims 4,7,8,10) and 10 claims for the “336 (1 – 10).

- Go to www.uspto.gov
- Click on "ebusiness" in the middle of the black bar.
- Click on "Status & View Documents" (not "secure status") in the left column.
- Click on the "patent number" button, enter 5809336 in the window and click on "search" which brings up the USPTO data for the patent.
- Click on the blue tab "continuity data" which brings up all of the related applications. 90 prefix applications are reexams. Note there are 4 reexams for this patent.
- Click on the blue number of the reexam you want to study. That brings up the USPTO data for that reexam.
- Click on the blue tab "Image File Wrapper". That brings up all of the documents that are available for download and viewing.
- Click on the document you want to see.
