Thanks fs2006 for this post. One will note the wording that infringement is "at least claim 29." I suspect Claim 29 is the broadest of the 584 claims. And if it is the broadest claim, did we really expect to win on such a broad claim? I'm thinking that perhaps this drag net had its purpose to learn as much as we can about potential 584 infringers, before going after ARM or other ARM licensees whith more specific 584 infringemnt claims. Now go back to my earlier post where I attempt to understand what exactly is being claimed in 29. Interesting. Opty
