If 11 million warrants were converted during that time frame it would appear that a little less than 50% of the volume accounted for warrant conversion.

Let's be conservative and use a figure of 40%. Based on the fact that almost 60 Million shares have traded from April 20th to the current date, and there were purported to be only 19 Million warrants remaining as of April 20th......THE WARRANT CONVERSION SHOULD BE FINISHED !!!!!!!!

So.....who is dumping shares now?
