Lest we forget:

"I'm jumping in with both feet. Although I haven't previously been CEO of a public corporation, how many of us can say that we have? I have the knowledge, experience, and industry connections to lead the company forward. I served as senior vice president in charge of both marketing and technology strategy at ARC International (LSE:ARK), a microprocessor IP company very similar to Patriot. (Note that I've never worked for ARM Holdings, a different British company with a similar name and product focus.) ARC was private when I joined. I opened the company's first U.S. office and hired all of its sales, marketing, and engineering staff. In the span of just a few months I helped coordinate three acquisitions that doubled the size of our company and broadened our product line. A few months later, we took the combined company public on the London Stock Exchange, raising $250 million for our investors and shareholders."
