Just my 2 cents as far as PTSC taking off. I read post after post (not picking on anyone) of placing orders at or below bid then wondering why it takes so long to fill and why price does not go up. Sounds like we have become our worst enemy trying to save what in most cases are a few dollars and in turn helping keep the price down. PTSC is an incredible buy at these levels.
