Please help, I have lost track of the next gating factor for PTSC.

 

Could someone get me up to speed. I think we're waiting for ?mediation? to take place? Do we know it's taking place because of a court mandated process , or do we assume it's taking place because it is quiet?

 

I'm only checking in occasionally and have lost track of the thread.
