Hey Oscar , thanks for responding. I still can't fix a date to the delivery of the Claims Construction hearing. do any other of the bright lights on this board know the exact date it was delivered??

It looks like a lot of things hinge off of that .

Are there court directed negotiations on going?? Or are the defendants and plaintiffs negotiating on their own without court oversite??

I did see that plaintiffs asked and were granted an extension for PR 3-8 untill July 16.

Actually I'm looking for some legal beagel to wrap this up in a nice bow for me to understand.
