IMHO, the fact that one half the major product is owned by a private entity would preclude a hostile takeover if that is what you are talking about ptsczza. I am not familiar with the article you mention, Keys to the Kingdom. If we were fully public and we included TPL in our organization, judging from the high powered lawyers in TPL, it would be an interesting fantasy stock  battle scene to observe.
