Scrambling

With the low volume, people seem to be scrambling to figure things out. I have a hunch there's news forthcomming. I'm hoping it's good news. I'm betting it is good news as the price seems very stable and inches slowly upward.
I'm positive something is near, very near. Even today it may happen. There's a calm before the storm, or so it seems to me.
