I don't know what they need those old records for either, but Townsend (who represents BOTH TPL and PTSC) has agreed to give it to them. IMHO, we have to put our trust in Townsend at this point. Maybe they were needed to make the final settlements--extablish the timeline on when patens were first filed, etc. The inventorship has already been extablished by the court--we have signed agreements and set up a holding co. with TPL I certainly think that TPL and PTSC will stick together at this point.
