Nathan,

Thanks for taking the time to go thru the '584 stuff and sharing your thoughts with the board. While not an EE, I have read the Markham ruling very carefully, and I don't think the ruling hurt PTSCs chances with the '584. Too the contrary, I think it may have helped us.
