Not a condo dweller, but it sure sounds appealing. Rest of day - trim ~40 rose bushes, three big bushes, edge and mow front and back lawns. Probably won't get it all done 'cuz it's too hot - thereby justifying leaving the rest till whenever....

Somehow I manage to justify my times on the board as more important!
