With the positive Markman with some negatives on 584, I was hoping we would see TPL file for MSJ for at least 148 and 336.

Is it too early, not strong enough Markman win, 148, 336, & 584 are tied together so all must be strong Markman wins, or any other reason why this has not occurred?

Right now, with all the continued motions from Pacer, it appears we're heading for trial. I'm hoping all the motions are just part of the normal process until a defendent becomes convinced a settlement will better.

Finally, whatever happened to mediator assigned earlier this year?

I'd appreciate thoughts.
