Ron, do you know when we could expect

a decision from out TX-court if we really go to trail in Nov. with a jury?

Will be a decison made at the same day or which deadline could we expect for a final court decision?

At the end, who decides the total amout of money we are able to get for infrigement of the J3+ARM? Are there some proposals from T&T to the court?
