Since Federal courts do not allow Non Suit in an ongoing case, there isn't a chance of ARM coming after us.

This IMO was a great move (as Ron has stated) on Roger Cooks part, to concede the ONE TECNICAL TERM on the 584 and try and WIN it on appeal.

I am not an attorney but I don't see this as a big deal. Ron, corrections please.

I believe Roger Cook is several moves ahead of the opposition and has PLAYED this Game out in his head to a Successful conclusion.  IMO
