I hope everyone realizes just how good this warrant buy-back news is. Yes, the overhang will be gone from the potential investor view. What this also means is that anyone who buys from here on out can buy with much greater confidence that we're headed in only one direction - North. S&L should no longer be selling shares on the open market (to enable warrant conversion). So when we get news, we should move up, pull back a little, and sustain. The only "stumbling block" now are the flippers/traders, and they may find themselves shooting themselves in the foot. They can no longer count on a complete pull-back by virtue of S&L. Great news!

The bad news is more subtle, but caused me to go to bed pissed off last night. The Mediation completion date has indeed been pushed out, from 14 August to 30 September. Six friggin' weeks. Very irritating to me, and perplexing. When you're negotiating from a position of strength (as I believe we are), a time constraint is your best friend. It can be leveraged to a huge advantage. While I'm sure our team is just trying to be congenial/cooperative and continue to give the honest appearance of negotiating in good faith, IMO this was one time where they should have just said NO. But perhaps they needed the time as well..... It just looks like a really bad move to me. Thank goodness we got this warrant news this morning, or I'd still be fuming.
