Counsel for Plaintiffs has communicated with counsel for Defendants Toshiba and ARM in an attempt to reach an agreement regarding whether to seek expedited briefing and resolution
of Plaintiffs' Agreed-In-Part Motion to Continue Discovery and Trial, which Toshiba and ARM will oppose. Both Toshiba and ARM have agreed that the motion should be expedited, and furthermore, have agreed to file their respective opposition papers on or before July 30, 2007.

HUH?  So defendants are OPPOSED to a continuation of Discovery and Trial DATES? After the DUMP they just pulled on us?
