If you go to RB and try to go to message #220421, the message that was in fact deleted, you will get "Oops! That message number is invalid on this board."

Or if you go to the link provided by Gabby, then hit the "Newer" message link, then try to go back to the original message by hitting the "Older" button, that message will no longer be available.

It was clearly deleted.
