In my reply to you last night I wrote that the mediation date remained unchanged and is still Sept 30th. I was actually just quoting what the Pacer doc from yesterday states, and being late and tired never did the math to calculate 60 days post Markman rulling. Interesting that the court doc states that the date remains unchanged, but it is obvious that it did. Sorry for my incorrect statement to you last night. Hope all is well with you.
