Here is how it appears to me---The "left vs right instruction term" is the one in question--which one are they using? IMHO, they have agreed if they (the J3) are not using the left (which is the one specified in our patent), then they are off the hook on the 584 patent--NOT the 148 or the 336. I think that TPL needed to see which instruction demands were being used and asked for more info (specifications on their products). It sounds like they got the info last minute in what others have called "the dump" and it was not in English--will take longer to decode. The extention would benifit us. I could be way off base here, but that is how I have been reading it at this point. GL, ads
