But I still don't see what's to be gained by applying any kind of pressure NOW. Yes, to answer another poster, let's by all means share the story with other potential interested investors. But why wouldn't those folks know about us already? Lots of stories about licensees, reaching overseas, and the PUBPAT press, while skewed its own way, attracts attention. Surely anyone interested in IP litigation has heard of our story already. TPL came out with its own press releases re: Markman and its motion to continue the case.

As a former journalist myself, I don't see what else you have to sell that wouldn't/might be clouded by the proverbial clouds.
